  • >12 ft heights may require a lift

  •  Masking & floor protection included as needed

  • Outdoor work requires dry, 50–90°F when possible

Policies

  • Retainer due to reserve dates; balance at install

  • Non‑refundable retainer, transferable once with 7‑day notice

  • Artwork rights remain with artist unless licensed

  • Client provides safe access; lift rental billed at cost

  • Touch‑ups available within 7 days (scope‑based)
